We are an award-winning and rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in London & Madrid. Our client base is wide and varied, ranging from everyday consumer brands, to tech startups, property moguls and charities

We’re looking for someone to lead our Social Media team. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be accountable for the management and development of our Social Media team members (currently 4 people). You will define and deliver a road map for the agency's Social Media service, ensuring they are genuinely positioned as market leaders in such an exciting marketing channel. Particular areas that they are looking for our Head of Social Media to develop are Influencer Marketing and Email.

You’ll be looking after the Social Media activity for some of the biggest brands in the world, as well as many fantastic start-ups. It will be up to you to use the resources available in the most effective way possible, ensuring quality work is produced by a motivated, happy team. You will need to be able to think quickly on your feet and be able to communicate effectively in this client-facing role.

Head of Social Requirements:

+ 4+ years of hands-on Social Media experience – in particular leading paid social campaigns
+ Expert knowledge of all main social media channels and relevant paid social platforms
+ Knowledge of third party software (e.g. SproutSocial or equivalent) to measure the effectiveness of social activity
+ Strong stakeholder and team management abilities
+ Client management experience
+ Impeccable written and spoken English – first class communication skills
+ Practical understanding of Google Analytics
+ Decent grasp of Excel (vlookups, pivots, countif, iferror, len, or|and etc.)
+ Able to produce client-facing documents to a high standard using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Ability to pass on skills and learnings to others in a clear and concise way
+ Strong numerical, analytical and creative skills
+ Strong attention to detail with impeccably high standards
+ Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure

Hours:

Full time (9am – 6pm flexi-hours)
