Junior Energy & Sustainability Consultant
Bristol
GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 per annum
Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be working with a leading sustainability and energy efficiency consultancy, based in Bristol, who are looking for a Junior Energy & Sustainability Consultant to join their experienced team.
Offering services from SAP and SBEM calculations, BREEAM Assessments, Thermal modelling, PSI Calculations and Tender Support. Our client offer expertise across a number of sectors including large commercial developers, architects, house builders and public sector organisations.
In the role your duties will include undertaking Energy and SAP Assessments whilst also managing your own workload. You will also be expected to liaise with clients and expertly prepare written reports.
To be considered for this role you will hold a degree in a relevant subject and have a minimum of 1 years' experience with SAP Assessments or in a similar role. Be a qualified On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) and have an understanding of Part L of the Building Regulations. Having experience in undertaking SBEM calculations and PSI value calculations, whilst also having the ability to calculate PSI Values in 2D or 3D would be advantageous however not essential.
