Job Title: UI Designer

Location: Northampton

The Barclaycard Design & Digital Office team continually drives advancement of digital across Barclaycard. Working across the Digital life cycle from Strategy and Solutions to Delivery & Deployment of products that are customer centred, commercially viable and innovation led.

Your Role

Responsible for developing and producing Graphical elements of Digital user interfaces with on-going support from more senior members of the interaction design team.

Essential Skills

• Consistently keeping the client/customer, both internal and external, at the heart of activities in order to deliver a positive experience through understanding their needs, strengthening relationships and demonstrating that we are easy to do business with.
• Understanding the client/customer by ensuring all interactions reinforce perceptions of the bank.
• Creating a positive client/customer experience by ensuring all interactions within the team are managed professionally
• Demonstrable technical knowledge and experience of design principles, techniques and approaches gained in a similar role.

Desirable Skills

• Degree level qualification in Graphic design or related subject
