Are you looking for a role that will accelerate your career in Sales? Carlton Recruitment is pleased to announce that our prestigious client is currently seeking a Sales Account manager to join their dynamic and enthusiastic team, based in Surbiton. The successful candidate needs to be fluent in Spanish. Your role will include:
• Establishing and generating new business from the companies existing Inactive database and through external sourcing
• Creating an active Account base of approx. 50 customers as well as managing new prospects/Accounts
Responsibilities
• Up selling to Online E-tailers
• Liaison was retailers from all over the country, including wholesalers and repair companies
• Liaising with previous Account managers of Inactive account and reporting back the results of conversations
• Understanding the needs and also establishing new relationships with existing and new customers
• Understanding and have a good knowledge of our products and the market place
• Targeting Inactive customers on a daily basis
• Signing up qualified new customers with the correct documents
• Managing all revitalised Inactive accounts and all New accounts you have bought into the business
• Managing and being proactive with outbound calls and reacting to emails
• Hitting monthly set KPI's
Person Specification
• Holds a second language - French
• Previous Sales/Account Management experience
• Holds research skills (ideal)
• Confident and comfortable coaching/ managing a team
• Resilient and organized, with a keen aptitude for sales
• Good telephone manor, punctual and motivated
• Holds a desire to learn and able to work within a team
• Fast learner
• Computer literate (including Microsoft Office Suite)
