We have an excellent opportunity for a part time administrator with strong excel experience working in Braintree. This is a temporary position with a potential to go permanent in the future.
You will be working for a highway maintenance company in a small friendly team. The office is based in a porta-cabin where you will have regular contact with contractors so you must have a friendly and flexible approach when dealing with people.
The position is working Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm although this can be flexible to 9-2 for the right candidate. You must be have access to your own vehicle as the company or not on a public transport route.
This is position which will include a lot of excel work so previous experience using Microsoft office is essential. Duties will include maintaining spreadsheets, sending out invoices, collating information and general administration duties such as answering queries, sending emails, typing reports etc.
The successful candidate will work well in a team, be confident to work alone with minimal supervision, have solid experience working as an administrator, have good Excel knowledge and be available to start at the beginning of November.
You will be paid £10p/h which will rise to £12p/h once taken on as a permananet employee.
