Customer Contact Advisors

Bristol

1 x 37.5 hrs - £19,762 pa – permanent

1 x 37.5 hrs - £19,762 pa – 6 month contract

(Mon-Fri between 8am and 8pm on rota basis, one Sat every six weeks)

2 x 20 hrs - £10,540 – permanent

(4 days between Mon-Fri)

You should be customer-focused and committed to customer care – and to our cause – and be able to uphold Stonewater’s customer service to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent customer services via phone/web/email
  • Resolving queries as first point of contact and redirecting them to relevant departments
  • Managing workloads to meet deadlines
  • Promoting digital services to customers
  • Communicating with stakeholders
  • Initiating contact with customers

You will require:

  • A positive attitude with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication (using a range of mediums/techniques)
  • Good IT and keyboard skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good literary and numeracy skills
