Fixed Term Contract until 31^st March 2018

Our client is an independent housing company providing more than 9,000 quality affordable homes within the Trafford area of Manchester. They are a “profit-for-purpose” organisation, striving for a society transformed, free from poverty, inequality and injustice.

A vacancy has arisen within their Property Services Team for a Temporary Scheduler until 31^st March 2018.  The main duties of the role include:

• Ensuring work is planned to maximise appointments and productivity through the effective use of the electronic scheduling system to promote a right first time ethos and highly focused customer service to all residents.
• Ensuring that communication is optimised with operatives, staff, managers and customers at all times.

• Monitoring and management of work to ensure that it is carried out within their KPI’s

• Checking CRM cases on a daily basis and dealing with each case within agreed timescales.

• Rescheduling of work in the event of an unplanned delay and contacting the customer directly to agree and confirm these changes.

Essential:

• Experience of working in a busy environment with conflicting priorities
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Advantage:

• It would be advantageous to have worked in a scheduling role previously
• Also an advantage to have worked with a Kirona DRS Scheduler or similar
• Good trade knowledge
