IT TECHNICIAN
An IT Technician is required to contribute to the delivery of an effective ICT support service through the school and Foundation, both strategically and operationally, and to respond to identified needs, ensuring continuity of service and achieving planned reporting objectives and deadlines. Up-to-date technical knowledge of ICT, equipment, services, facilities, all hardware and software applications to support learning and management within a school environment is required, equivalent to a national qualification Level 3. Problem solving, decision making and organisation/planning skills are essential as is 3-4 years’ experience in an ICT support role.
Available immediately. This is a full-time, permanent appointment (35 hours per week) AYR.
