An energy brokerage company based in Borehamwood are looking for an organsised Junior Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.
This company is a dynamic, fast growing independent energy brokerage. They are based in a beautiful modern and spacious office in Borehamwood, Herts, and are currently looking to recruit a proactive, motivated and organised Receptionist/Administrator.
This role has been designed to find a candidate who can assist with general office duties. This includes front of house/reception duties, dealing with visitors, phone calls, faxing, printing, deliveries and meeting set-up. As well as assisting in the smooth day to day running of the office.
This role requires an enthusiastic and willing individual that is willing and able to be responsible for their workload but also eager to pitch-in and assist where required. You will be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to mutli task. You will also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
