You will have:
Employee Relations Advisor back ground, ideally in a Call Centre environment, used to dealing with high volume of absences.
You will have a flexible approach to your working hours and be able to travel to the other offices as required.
Provide support and framework to people managers providing them with the skills and confidence they need to take accountability for their people issues
Effective management of ER cases supporting outcomes which are aligned to the companies Culture & Values. This will include but not limited to disciplinary, grievances, investigations, appeals, and capability procedures
Supporting broader ER activity including restructuring and policy development
Effective relationship management and partnering with Occupational Health to deliver an effective well-being strategy.
Providing coaching, support and professional development for people managers
Effective HR Risk Management with good general policy judgement.
Reporting, analytics and people insights
You will ideally have HR experience in a contact centre environment; have knowledge of managing employee relations cases and issues including absences.
You will also have the capability to deliver & discuss training and support to up to 9 managers
Some travel will be requiring you to other sites across the UK, therefore flexibility is essential.

Graduate with a couple of years work experience in a HR role.
£32,000 pa, 33 days holiday including Bank holidays, pension scheme plus lots more
