Training and Recruitment Advisor (Plymouth)
Salary: £21,784 - £23,096 plus potential to earn performance related bonus
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent
Exeter College continues to lead the way in the recruitment and training of Apprentices. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and preferably of working for a training provider. You will have excellent customer facing skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels. This role would suit someone who is tenacious, target driven, confident in presenting and has excellent sales and organisational skills. You must be able to effectively manage your own diary and have the ability to work remotely; the full support of an established central team will be available.
The role will predominantly work out of our Aplus Training office in Plymouth, but will involve travelling to Exeter one day per week for meetings (occasionally more).
