About the role

Our Brand Marketing teams have one of the most exciting jobs in Pukka – they’re our global brand champions - and this role is pivotal in making our tea portfolio a success. We want more people to discover Pukka and have a stronger connection with Pukka teas and supplements.

Working with our Head of Tea Marketing, and your job share colleague, you’ll manage the Pukka Tea global portfolio of products and take full P&L responsibility, ensuring our product and support plan optimise profitable growth. You’ll build the strength of the Pukka brand by developing inspiring and engaging global category, brand and channel strategies and be the consumer brand champion. You’ll work closely with our communications teams to develop and execute activity that delivers the Pukka brand plan brilliantly. As part of the job-share you’ll be the commercial lead, working closely with the Head of Tea Marketing to develop our commercial positioning, pricing and channel strategies.

As a team you’ll drive profitable growth through innovation and refreshment of our range and packaging, and be responsible for the development and management of our tea innovation, renovation and gifting strategies. You’ll ensure the appropriate protection is in place for our tea product names and assets across the world. Acting as the UK marketing lead, you’ll support key strategic UK channel/customer plans and meetings, providing marketing presentation decks and contributing insight and recommendations.

About you

You’ll have a degree-level qualification gained in Marketing or a Business-related subject and substantial brand marketing experience gained in food, drink, health and wellbeing FMCG products. Ideally, you’ll have experience working within a global brand or with International markets. It is beneficial if you have language experience across German, French, Italian or Spanish.

You’ll know how to develop, manage and execute a brand plan, have experience of launching new products and managing existing product changes, and possess a strong commercial understanding and experience of developing brand strategies for different channels.

You’ll inspire others through your enthusiasm, ambition, passion for Pukka, and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You’ll enjoy new challenges and aim high with a determination to deliver excellence. Agile, efficient and highly organised you’ll be able to handle a multitude of projects, changing priorities and tasks, and be able to blend creativity and commercial acumen.
