Care coordinator required to join an established home care provider within their North Warwickshire office.
You will join a leading domiciliary care provider who has secured a "GOOD" rating with CQC and is going through an exciting period of growth and progression.
Predominantly office based, with a requirement to cover care calls in the field from time to time, you will oversee a wide range of duties within a tight timeframe. Working within a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for compiling rotas, assigning carers effectively, arranging service reviews and customer visits and processing referrals for new care packages.
To be considered for the exciting care coordinator role, you will possess strong IT skills, be an excellent communicator and have experience of managing a busy workload.
A proven background within the domiciliary care sector, knowledge of CQC policies and procedures and the ability to demonstrate a strong supervisory skills are essential to be considered for this job role.
