General Manager  required for a busy members social club and function rooms

The applicant must be customer focused, possess strong leadership skills and have excellent people management skills.  Previous experience in running a Club/Bar within a licensed environment is essential.  A personal licence is also preferable. Good ‘IT’ skills required

This is a full time, permanent job with a negotiable schedule and salary depending on experience.

The successful candidate will report to the Club Chairman/ Committee and will be responsible for the line management of the bar and cleaning staff, managing stocks and cashing up.  The Bar Manager will also assist in the organisation and running of social events and private functions and implementing the policies agreed by the committee.

First aid training would be an advantage and the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring adherence to fire procedures/health & safety and the security of the premises
