Salary: Up to £21,000 p.a. (dependant on experience)
Full time: 37.5 hours per week
In this role you will be responsible for managing and developing the performance of this shop. As the Shop Manager you will have responsibility for all the day to day activities involved in running the shop which will include staff and volunteer recruitment, supervision and training, stock selection, pricing, merchandising and shop administration.
To be considered for this role you will have a strong retail background ideally with experience in either fashion retailing or charity retailing. You will also be self-motivated, have a flair for fashion and visual merchandising and will be prepared to roll your sleeves up and work in a “hands on” way.
