Lettings Administrator Telford £16,000 - £17,000
Our client based in Telford are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their professional and successful team.
Essential requirements:
*Customer Service experience essential - enjoys offering a genuine customer experience
*Loyalty and stability in previous work history
*Excellent standard of communication - written and verbal
The key part of this role will be processing new tenant applications and landlord liaison.
Specific tasks will include:
" New tenancy applications including credit checks/referencing and guarantors as required
" Preparing tenancy agreements and contract addendums
" Organise diary including check-in and check-out inventories and key handovers
" Marketing of properties including management of To Let boards and window cards
" Legal requirements including EPCs, Gas Certs, smoke & carbon monoxide alarms etc
" Landlord and tenant insurance referrals including tenant liability
" Register deposits and maintain online records
" Tenancy renewals and lease manager on lettings software
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the property industry and will also have:

" Experience within the property industry
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
" High standard of organisation and ability to multi-task
" Naturally positive pragmatic approach
" A high level of written and verbal communication skills
" Computer literacy skills
" Diligence and understanding of confidentiality/data protection
" NFOPP Qualification would be a bonus but not necessary as training can be provided
Working hours will be 9 to 5 Monday to Friday and 10 to 3 on Saturdays, organised by way of monthly rota. 1 Saturday per month will be required.
Salary: £16,000 to £17,000
