Customer Service Executive

This renewable energy and electric vehicle charging specialist is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive.

The role is office based and will include a wide range of duties including but not limited to:

- Client liaison

- Managing customer accounts from enquiry to invoicing
- Managing incoming telephone calls
- Preparing project information packs for installation teams
- Scheduling installations
- Supporting the Project Managers with day-to-day duties
- Working with the company CRM system
- General administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills to include working knowledge of Windows based software programmes like Microsoft Word and Excel. They should also be outgoing, confident with clients and able to build customer relationships.

Salary will be based on experience and will be reviewed after probation period.
