What's involved?

• Effectively handling requests, investigating issues and reaching solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Financial Advisers, Investment Managers, clients and internal divisions.
• Account managing a portfolio of clients.
• Acting as subject matter expert in order to resolve complex queries & issues.
• Building a good understanding of FCA guidelines, regulatory issues and their impact.
• Providing excellent levels of service, working to and sharing best practice.
• Maintaining a good level of product knowledge & market awareness.
• Involvement in ad-hoc reporting, systems testing, process improvements & project work.

What Experience is needed?

• Good problem solving and client servicing skills.
• Strong communication skills with a 'cando' attitude.
• Previous experience of working in a telephone based role.
• Previous experience of working within the Financial Services sector would be a definite advantage.
