About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a PayrollControls Team Member to join our Enabling Functions team to work in Newcastle upon Tyne (Longbenton).

What you'll be doing

As a PayrollControls Team Member, you will:

Responsibility for all payroll related third party payments as follows:

• HM Revenue and Customs;
• Pension providers
• Flexible benefit providers;
• Court orders;

The role will also include:

• Maintenance of control accounts;
• Sub-ledger reconciliation by payroll system;
• Bank reconciliations for payroll accounts;

Who we're looking for
You will have:

• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills combined with a customer focused approach.
• The ability to work on own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
• A tenacious, can do attitude.
