You will be trained and supported by the best senior sysadmins whereyou will become an expert within this field. Joining a team of nine, youwill help the business grow by creating, supporting and implementing thesystems used for the deployment process which is vital for the testingand release of their products. The role allows diversity in terms of thework being completed; from infrastructure to systems administration. Youwill manage the Linux OS and become an expert in writing scripts! Your role will be essential in ensuring that the IT infrastructure(owned by the development department) is always up and running at alltimes. You will support the infrastructure, identifying and tackling anyvulnerabilities to ensure it remains secure, resilient and licenced. This junior role if offering you the opportunity to be trained andfully supported by the best linux experts in the tech industry! Theyonly ask for one year minimum experience as a engineer/sysadmin usingLinux (any flavour) being able to write in any scripting language.Knowledge of firewall and VPN technologies is a must. Althoughexperience in virtualisation is not required, you will have anunderstanding of this e.g. VMWare. Good communication is essential asyou will be in contact with different departments in the company.
