You'll alsowork in partnership with the rest of the change delivery function toevolve technology solutions. You must be proactive to identify andmanage risk, issues and dependencies relating to the delivery of change.What will it take?When we meet you'll be able to demonstrate your track record of genuineaccountability for projects in Agile environments. You'll need to talkus through your hands on agile/scrum experience combined withsuccessfully managing multiple projects and stakeholders in varioussituations. Your role will see you tackling multiple challenges and stakeholders invarious situations almost every day. You'll need to be resilient,innovative and engaging in your practices to guide your team to providetechnology solutions that focus on the best digital customerexperiences. Ideally you will also have an awareness of different technologies alongwith the ability to understand architecture and design of systems toeffectively triage, challenge or represent priorities proposed byarchitects and developers. Wherever you've gained your experience you'llcertainly be able to demonstrate the core values of BGL Group; you'll becreative, innovative; and willing to make a difference.You'll have extremely good judgement in identifying potential risks andopportunities.
