I'm recruiting for a small-medium established tech company; they have a team developing complex, mobile-based software which has grown significantly over the last 2 years. They're embracing the Cloud (Azure) in a big way and have been redeveloping software using Angular2.

The team you'll be joining are supporting Mobile App development - apps are developed for Android, iOS and Windows using Xamarin with C#.

You don't need to bring experience in all this tech - I'm after an ambitious and hungry Application Support Technician who wants to take the bull by the horns.

If you have the mindset and confidence to say "I can make this better" I want to hear from you!

The work is challenging because the software needs to be configured differently for each customer - and the customers are global, enterprise-scale outfits. You'll be the escalation point from 1st Line Support and need to be comfortable communicating with other techies, pre-sales teams and senior management.

You'll be able to take advantage of a structured induction and training programme to supplement a genuinely friendly and supportive culture.

Salary is up to GBP30k with benefits including company bonus based on company objectives, pension and healthcare.
