A reputable and successful Law Firm is currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Firm on a full-time basis. The Firm has been established for over 50 years, providing a full range of tradition Legal services to Private Clients and Businesses; offering Residential Sales and Lettings Services, including Property management for Landlords. Their Commercial Property department is expanding rapidly, proving to be an interesting time for a thriving and enthusiastic Solicitor to join their Firm.
The Commercial Property Solicitor will gain the opportunity to use their experience, working with a Partner, to handle a varied caseload of Commercial Property and some Residential Conveyancing cases with admin support. The Solicitor must be an excellent communicator, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Also dealing with daily correspondences and telephone calls, keeping all matters up to date, ensuring that all timescales are met. Duties within this requires reviewing case files on a regular basis; dealing with Leases, Landlord and Tenant, Option agreements, Developers and HNW Clients.
The Solicitor is required to work to the highest quality levels, with minimum of supervision; dealing with Sales and Purchases of Commercial Property and land for Commercial use.
