Float Spa Manager
We are looking for a bright cheerful person with a proven track record of interacting well with customers to manage our recently opened Float Centre between Stevenage and Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire. Float Centres offer people who are stressed, may have sports injuries or a number of illnesses a way to totally switch off and relax. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the Float Centre, growing the customer base and helping to develop the business by increasing the market awareness of the benefits of Floating. This will involve taking bookings, welcoming customers to the centre and looking after them before and after their float session. You will also be required to manage the day to day running of the centre. As the business grows you may be responsible for hiring staff to assist with the running of the facility. Hours can be flexible to start with but will need to be formalised as the business grows at a level of 37 hrs per week. Some weekend working will be necessary. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
