Commis Chef - Thomas Bar and Restuarant, Cardiff The Restaurant: Thomas Bar & Restaurant serves great British food with a Contemporary Welsh Flavour. Our restaurant located at our Cardiff hotel uses the finest locally sourced ingredients presented in an informal relaxed manner, offering fresh food all day every day in an inviting, fresh, contemporary environment. Open daily from 6.30am until 10pm Monday to Friday and from 7.30am until 10pm on Saturday and Sunday offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Role: At Thomas our food is fresh, homemade authentic and full of flavor, this is something we take pride in and you will too. We want each guest to experience local fresh cooked products made with passion. You will also have the opportunity to develop your abilities in all areas within the kitchen. As a member of the kitchen team, you will be supporting the management chefs in running and organizing the kitchen. You will be taking control of your own section as well as helping maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, whilst working together to maximize customer satisfaction.
