The Role An exciting new opportunity exists at Future Inns for enthusiastic Hotel Duty Manager to join our team at our Cardiff site. You will report directly to Front of House Manager and have full responsibility for day to day running of hotel when on shift. An ideal candidate must have experience of duty management however would be perfect opportunity for candidate who wants to take first step up into Management. You must be able to motivate team and have excellent eye for standards and detail. As Duty Manager you will need to lead by example, have excellent customer service skills and be able to lead team to success. Position will include weekends and evening shifts and you may also be asked to do some night shifts.
