Kitchen Manager - Crawley Smokin' Joe's is an American Diner with a deep south twist. Our menu comprises southern fried chicken, smoked briskets and pork with a range of homemade BBQ sauces. We will have everyone's favourite Mac 'n' Cheese, and also take a little journey south of the border offering nachos, burritos and lots more. Our food is fresh, not processed. We aim to teach as many children to have great eating habits through our free cooking days in our diners. Our goal is to ensure every guest leaves happy. We achieve this by having happy teams in our diners who enjoy coming to work for us. Non-corporate culture. Working conditions, shift patterns and hours (most of our diners only open until 6pm) are all excellent and we do not operate zero hour contracts. As a rapidly expanding company we also have many opportunities to for career progression including cluster and training positions. Our values are based on honesty with each other and with our guests. Control the key costs of labour and cost of sales in line with budget without impacting on the guests dining experience.
