Our client is a high end, luxury hotel in Cornwall.
They are recruiting for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join one of their busy and passionate kitchen teams.
As Senior Sous you will be the right hand chef to the Head Chef.
The successful candidate will help ensure the restaurant continues to provide an exceptional guest experience. You must be passionate about food and previous experience of working within a similarly high quality environment.
This role provides a unique opportunity within a successful expanding organisation, which encourages professional development and offers excellent long-term career prospects.
Weekly duties:
Supporting and training chefs from Senior CDP's and below
Preparing food in areas of the kitchen assigned by a senior and to carry out cleaning and any reasonable duties requested
Managing the total running of the kitchen when required
Preparing, cooking and portioning of all dishes to the hotels standards

Excellent salary available - GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 per
