Part Time Bookkeeper
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our well established client in Totternhoe on a temporary basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper to join this friendly team.
Location: Totternhoe, Dunstable
Rate of Pay: GBP10.00- GBP12.00 PH dependant on experience
Hours of work: Part time 3 days a week 09:00am - 17:00pm.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of bookkeeper:
* As a bookkeeper you will report to the Managing Director.
* Create financial transactions and create financial reports.
* Post information to accounting journals or accounting software.
* Prepare invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices.
* Maintain historical records by filing documents.
* You will also be required to complete general office admin duties.
Requirements of Bookkeeper:
* Good data entry skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask.
* You must be experienced in operating excel and Sage 1.
