Basic Salary GBP18k - OTE GBP30k plus Uncapped Commission

They have been trading in the UK for over 20 years and are currently entering a stage of controlled expansion aimed at increasing its rapidly expanding market share.
The Role/Duties Telephone Appointment Makers Based from the sales office in a prestigious office complex Harlow ,Essex your duties will include :
Whilst the role will commence as an indoor telephone appointment making role ,there is a well defined Career Development path which will quickly identify and fast track the right person to become a Team Leader or Telesales Executive or even a full blown Field sales role with a more lucrative packages
Training + Development
Ongoing Personal Development and Sales Training will be provided.
Continuous updates of Product Training will be provided.
The training programme is endorsement and Accreditated by the ISMM and National Skills Council.
The Candidate Specification
The ideal candidate will possess an excellent telephone manner.
You will have a proven track record of either, appointment making, Lead generation or closing sales by telephone (preferably in a B2B environment.
You will be a pro active person with experience of working in a deadline driven office.
You will possess drive and the tenacity to be successful in a demanding but highly rewarding environment
The Package
The basic salary GBP18k
On target Earnings -O.T.E of GBP30,000.
Commission is uncapped.
The annual leave entitlement is 24 days.(Plus an additional day after one year service)
