The company's Telecoms division has experienced continued growth and now has an exciting opportunity available for a Telecoms/IT Field Engineer to join the team.

This role would suit a telecoms/network engineer who has field engineering experience, is customer facing, is well presented, has excellent communication skills and is able to work independently. It is essential you are willing to travel to customer sites depending on business needs. A good knowledge of WLAN/LAN and associated IP technologies, also knowledge of the Samsung 7000 Range would be ideal or alternatively other PBX systems. It is important that you are a keen, hard-working motivated individual, who possesses a flexible positive attitude, works well within a team and has good proactive problem solving skills. If you have a telecoms/network field engineering background, a desire and ability to learn, the company can provide training to enable you to become an accredited Samsung Engineer as well as other industry standard network certifications.

Areas of work will include:

* Installation and Commissioning (Samsung PBX and Hosted)
* Maintenance (Primarily Samsung PBX and Hosted)
* Remote Diagnostics
* Technical Support
* Faults
* Moves, Adds and Changes
* Structured Cabling
* Wireless LAN
* Provide the highest quality and professional cabling installation
* Work in line to work schedule and customer expectations at all times
* Ensure that the customers' needs are met.
* Assess site and project to ensure all information is correct
* Complete paperwork accurately
* Providing a courteous and professional service at all times
* To support other areas of the business where necessary
* To carry out duties in accordance with the company's policies
