- You will be working under a very talented Head Chef that has been award and maintained 2 rosettes
- Be working in a very clean large kitchen with all mod cons
- Able to progress within the Company.
- Position - Demi Chef de Partie.
- Salary - GBP18,000 - GBP22,000 per annum.

- Industry Training Courses if required
- Opportunity working within rosette.
- Gets excited about using fresh, seasonal and local produce
- Takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares
- Has a passion and flair for cooking and can contribute to menu ideas
- Understands the importance of food margin control and has the skills to achieve it
- Communicate daily to the relevant departments
- Is able to adhere to company standards and procedures and can hit financial and management targets
