My client is a busy, well renowned establishment, located on the Fylde Coast near Blackpool.
They are all about producing high end, quality and locally sourced dishes for their guests, along with outstanding customer service.
Currently they are looking to recruit a Head Chef within their buzzing, professional and successful kitchen.
You would be joining a strong, talented brigade and be a part of a growing, thriving business.
The ideal candidate will be positive, motivated and passionate about their food
Role Duties:
* A competent Head Chef who can run a busy kitchen
* Take lead and motivate and drive the team forward
* Oversee other kitchen members at all times, and delegate when necessary
* Carry out any training required
* Ensure smooth and organised service
Skills and Qualities Desired:
* Previous experience working within fresh food
* A proven track record working within renowned restaurants or hotels
* Qualified in food preparation and cooking
* Understanding of costings, menu planning and staff training * An influential leader who can guide junior members within the kitchen
* A Head Chef who is creative, passionate and can work well under pressure
* Be motivated to grow and develop with the business
Characteristics desired:
* A motivated and enthusiastic person, within a work environment
* Passionate
* Creative
* Reliable and punctual
Salary up to GBP27,000 depending on experience,
