I am recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for my client who is based near Kings Heath. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a successful and professional family owned Estate Agency who ensures their staff are well trained and looked after.

THE ROLE
Working as a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for generating leads and turning these leads into new business opportunities. You will be targeted on the amount of instructions won and revenue converted on a monthly basis. Working closely with the Valuer, you will be operating in the Kings Heath and Moseley area, meeting with new and prospective clients at their addresses, conducting viewings with potential buyers for mid to high end properties and turning these viewings into sales.

This position requires a tenacious, self motivated and determined individual who can build genuine relationships quickly, gaining customers trust and convincing them that you are the right agency to help sell their property.

THE COMPANY
Working in a team of 6, this is not your normal 'Corporate Estate Agency', you will be working for a well established family owned and family run business where the primary focus is on delivering the very best customer service and customer satisfaction, you will not be working for a 'stereotypical pushy sales Estate Agency'. The owners of this business are at the very top of the game, you will be working for highly professional and qualified Estate Agents where you will be learning from the best, ultimately giving you the potential to earn some very good money with commission uncapped.

TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Researching leads and acting on these
- Calling potential new customers, building up their trust and negotiating with them to become the agency to help sell their property
- Work very closely with the Valuer to ensure client expectations are met and the best strategy is employed for each property/client
- Meet with potential new buyers and conduct house viewings
- Working towards targets, on average around 25 new instructions listed and generating around £25000 of income for the business a month
- Pass on leads for new mortgages and solicitors to the relevant people
- Consistently offer the very best customer service to any customers who call the agency
- Help with general administration and phone answering within a busy and lively office

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Hold a FULL UK driving license and have use of your own Car (Mileage expenses paid)
- Minimum of 1 years recent Estate Agency negotiation experience
- Knowledge of the Kings Heath and Moseley housing market would be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick and genuine relationships over the phone and on a face to face basis
- Confident and comfortable with speaking to senior professionals on a daily basis
- Well presented with a smart and professional manner
- A self motivated, determined, proactive and tenacious individual
- An enthusiastic team player who is not out for themselves but enjoys seeing the success of the whole team
- Flexible with working hours, happy to commit to a Tuesday - Saturday working week (Every Sunday and Monday off)

PACKAGE AND BENEFITS
- £18000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE is £25-28000 but this is uncapped
- Additional sales incentives such as vouchers
- Mileage expenses paid for all house viewings/meetings
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays (depending on business needs there may be some bank holiday working but if this is the case you will be given the day off in lieu)
- Tuesday - Friday 9 - 5 and Saturday 9 - 4pm working hours (expectation is for you to arrive for 8/8 Tuesday-Friday for team brief meetings)
