Salary: £24,000 per annum + Commission, car and petrol allowance

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a confident, polished and ambitious Business Development Executive to take on an exciting Executive level role at a leading successful South Coast travel and transport company.

About the Role and About You

This highly impressive company is looking for a self-driven motivated and results orientated individual who will proactively take ownership of the business development for the East Hampshire/West Sussex coastal region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for market research, generating new business revenue, and be the regional key point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries. You will meet with the customers, determine their needs, and work in partnership with the marketing department to create bespoke marketing campaigns and generate leads. You will support the Sales and Marketing Director in writing proposals, pitching for business tenders and support the negotiating of terms and closing deals. You will also look for upsell and cross sell opportunities in existing customers, as well as new business opportunities.
