We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Manchester to be responsible for the day to day administration duties, to include telephone work, computer work, cleaning down reports and general office duties.
Providing an administrative service to our Manager, you will assist in providing a procurement service, which closely reflects the changing needs of the business’s operation and support units, ensuring best value, quality and environmental issues are paramount. You will produce letters and email communication, in a professional manner and will ensure the timely placing of orders for the supply of goods required by the business, whilst ensuring our computer system is up to date.
A competent user of IT and a willing to undertake any training as and when required, you will have previous experience of working within an administrative role, working to tight deadlines. With experience of planning workloads, you will be keen to look for continuous improvements and apply processes where necessary. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who holds knowledge of construction service sectors with a strong customer focus. An effective communicator the successful Administrator will be organised with the ability to work independently as well as within a team. Moreover, we are looking for an individual who has the ability to inspire others and the drive to succeed. Educated to GCSE/NVQ In Maths and English, you will ideally hold OCR 2 or equivalent keyboard skills.
