A fantastic new opportunity has opened for an enthusiastic, driven and creative Sous Chef to work in an award winning Pub located on the outskirts of Maidstone.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 AA rosette experience, be a team player and able to support colleagues at all times and assist were required, be adaptable and able to multi task, work well under pressure, have great time keeping and be passionate about food and looking to further their career

- Assist head chef of smooth daily running of the kitchen
- In charge of the kitchen in absence of Head Chef
- Creating new exciting lunch menus and specials
- Developing and training junior member of the team
- Ordering and maintaining GP targets
