Whilst working for is the programme is delivered through the Toyota Academy, our outstanding learning & development organisation – the Programme targets and develops high calibre people like you, who may have recently completed their education or are seeking a move into a new professional automotive career. As a Trainee Customer Consultant, you will be part of a new Toyota Lexus initiative which fast tracks you through the 12-week programme and onto the Academy’s development path, leading to a full industry-recognised accreditation and potentially into management.

You will earn as you learn, because from Day 1 you will receive £18,000 Basic £20,000 OTE annual salary plus you will receive a Company Car. Additionally, as soon as you graduate from the programme you are rewarded immediately with a competitive benefits package and performance related bonuses. 

To apply you must have:

+ A full UK driving licence.
+ Eligibility to work in the UK.
+ At least 2 A Levels or equivalent qualification
+ IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
+ GCSE Maths and English.
+ Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel (to the training sessions)

Person Specification:

This role requires you to be professional, have a smart personal appearance and have high standards of verbal and written communication. 

The role involves determining a customer's needs and being able to offer advice, guidance and product knowledge. It is, therefore, important that you are comfortable interacting and quickly building rapport with existing and new customers to Toyota Lexus and with your colleagues.
