We're looking for someone used to working to targets who has a genuine reason to succeed. Someone who is a natural sales person and won't be afraid to pick up the phone. Coming into this market will mean you need to be competitive as there's so much external competition from other consultancies. You will be able to demonstrate resilience either professionally or personally as recruitment requires absolute perseverance.

The Role:

• You'll be the go-to guy or girl in a highly targeted market, building an extensive database of clients and candidates.
• You'll own the telephone, chasing down potential opportunities with outbound calls.
• You'll be a meeting magnet, building fantastic rapport with your clients and harnessing your business pipeline.
• You'll take charge of booking interviews and consulting with your clients/candidates from start to finish .
