We are now looking for a number of Sales Executives / Field Sales Representatives to join our team and promote our solutions, either out in the field or from our offices in Southampton.

If you are itching for a role where you can get out from behind your desk (or lab) and talk with customers face-to-face, you may be the Field Sales Representative we're looking for. You'll receive a car allowance, mobile and laptop, as well as all the support you need to succeed.

Then again, being one of our office-based Sales Executives is good fun too. You'll join modern, vibrant offices with a pool table, sofas and swanky coffee machine. We love to eat cake, so if you have a sweet tooth, you'll be in good company. And if you feel guilty about eating all that cake, a personal trainer visits us twice a week.

What will I be doing?

As a Sales Executive / Field Sales Representative, you will drive sales of our real-time PCR products.

Depending on your qualification level and direction you wish to push your career in, you will be able to undertake a field-based sales role or an office-based position.

Joining our growing Sales Team, you will:

- Build strong working relationships with customers
- Identify new sales opportunities to drive growth
- Prepare quotes and samples
- Plan face-to-face customer meetings
- Train customers in the use of products and provide basic technical support
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved

Sounds good! What do I need?

- A degree in Biological Science or a related discipline, ideally a PhD
- Hands-on real-time PCR experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- To be an organised self-starter
- A co-operative and helpful attitude

Only candidates who possess a PhD will be eligible for our field-based roles.

Telesales experience or the desire to work in telesales would be beneficial for any candidates seeking an office-based sales role.
