About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Site Set-up Coordinator to join our Plant & Fleet business unit to work in Sheffield

What you'll be doing

As a Site Set-up Coordinator you will:

  • Triage telephone enquires from project managers for initial assessment of site requirements
  • Manage a portfolio of properties to co-ordinate the successful completion of mobilisation and demobilisation of sites.
  • Co-ordinate and engage with internal and external service providers, processing requests for services
  • Proactively monitor progress of all orders, working with internal/external suppliers to fulfil order requirements
  • Continuously support and update the relevant project teams



Who we're looking for
You will:

  • Be abke to communicate at all levels of the organisation
  • Have excellent communication skills, spoken and written,
  • Be IT literate and able to produce management information
  • Have extensive knowledge of Microsoft office products (particularly Access and Excel)
  • Be customer focused and have excellent interpersonal skills
