The Trainee Marketing & Sales Assistant Role

We are seeking to appoint a Trainee Marketing & Sales Assistant to be a part of our successful and ambitious Marketing team. This is an exciting time to join Alpha - working with our clients, we have launched our largest project to date with a bold goal to meet ambitious retention targets in order to meet our clients' goals. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to assist with large-scale campaigns which will help us grow our client's brand.

You will be joining an experienced and innovative Marketing team who will provide you with ongoing training and support whilst you play a vital role in the delivery of our clients' marketing campaign across both Acquisition and Retention. This will involve working with various sales and marketing teams, new and existing customers and achieving within tight deadlines across a range of marketing channels.

About You

You will be hard working and highly motivated, with a flexible approach to your work. You might currently be working at an Assistant level in a customer facing environment. It would be ideal if this was a brand which you represent, but in any case, your background must involve experience speaking with people. Strong communication skills will have contributed to your success in developing effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers.
