Location: Based in close proximity to Cambridge City Centre

Salary - GBP30,000 - GBP32,000 + excellent benefits

Requirements for Software Engineer/Developer - C++ or C

• A background in software development
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or numerate subject
• C or C++ programming experience
• Object Orientated programming
• An enthusiastic approach to your work and enjoy working in a team environment.

Responsibilities for Software Engineer/Developer - C++ or C

• Development and maintenance of database and other core software components
• Product integration support for customers of the software components
• Development and maintenance of the products
• Participating in architectural discussions
• Work in Scrum team with other developers, testers, Scrum Master and Product owners
• Participate in all scrum meetings; planning and estimating; sprint reviews & retrospectives
• Delivering customer support for the product
• Prepared for some travel nationally and internationally (Infrequent and short)
• The opportunity to work on future Cloud development and storage; database encryption compression and concurrent programming;
