Trainee Lettings Agent – Varied role – some sales experience needed

£16k - £18k basic + uncapped bonuses & free parking & pension

An exciting and varied role awaits the right person in our small, friendly team. A positive attitude, the ability to sell and get on with people, and to follow systems are key. We offer training and support to help deliver a first class service to our tenants and landlords, and to develop your career in lettings. You need to be able to take charge of new tenant sales and marketing activity across our portfolio of rooms and properties.

The role of Trainee Lettings Agent:

• Market our properties on online portals
• Carry out viewings
• Select and set up tenancies for good quality & appropriate tenants
• Attract new landlords and build long term relationships
• Carry out property inspections, ensuring properties are well maintained and well presented
• Ensure office systems & standards are adhered to

The ideal Trainee Lettings Agent:

• Lettings experience not required, full training provided
• You will have some customer service/sales experience
• You are professional and presentable
• You like being out and about, and have your own transport
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are well organised with good attention to detail
• You can work some early evenings and Saturday mornings
• You are a team player
• You aren’t afraid of hard work and have a “can do” attitude
