£18,000 + Bonus = £21,000 OTE year 1

We are looking for two experienced Collections Advisors to join a leading Debt Recovery company in central Darlington. This role will take calls from, and make calls to customers who owe money to their local council, answering their queries and helping them set up payment plans to pay down their debt. Because this role deals with people who are in financial difficulty, it is essential that you are highly professional, can remain calm even when the customer gets agitated and have the resilience and tenacity to help the customer through a difficult period.

Package: £18,000 basic + bonus = £21,000 earnings in year 1

Hours: variable shift pattern of 35 hours per week covering 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday

Location: central Darlington, excellent public transport links and free car parking

You: With a strong background in Customer Services, you will be comfortable taking and making calls to people who are in financial difficulty. This is a challenging role that requires the highest levels of customer service and integrity and you will need to be tenacious and resilient.
