You must have sales experience, if its motor industry based that will be an advantage but if it's not then we would still like to hear from you as sales people from many industries are joining the motor industry in this time of expansion. You must be able to demonstrate that you understand a sales process and that you have the drive to sell and give great customer service to your customers.
