We provide VIP services to Business & Private Jet VIP customers. The Operations Officer Role:

In this role you will help coordinate the smooth running of the Southampton base which includes dealings with bookings, queries and the actual flights when they arrive and depart. You will also be the face on the business providing world class service to our customers whilst ensuring a smooth transition from the start to finish of our customers journey and flights. 

Let’s go into some more detail about more responsibilities within this role….

Your main responsibilities will include:


+ Assisting the day to day operations of the base on a shift basis
+ Meeting our arriving flights and carry out passport/visa checks
+ Liaising with customers and provide information relevant to flight requirements
+ Ensuring crew and passengers of departing flights
+ Ensuring that we adhere and comply with all requirements/guidelines set by the airport authority, UK Border Force and Special Branch
+ Have appropriate documentation checked prior to departing
+ Escorting both passengers and crew to their aircrafts
+ On a daily basis to monitor and control dealing with our cash based customers
+ Providing weather information and basic flight planning services to our customers
+ Completing relevant customs, immigration and special branch paper work
+ Assisting the security team in preparing the screening of passengers, luggage, as per DFT and SFS protocol
+ Making sure all areas of the FBO are clean and presentable at all times
+ To ensure a safe culture through daily observation, shift briefings and handovers
+ The position will include towing aircrafts

About You:

To perform this role to the best of your ability you will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced aviation or VIP environment. You'll also:

+ Have good communications skills, 
+ Be a team player and able to work under pressure
+ Be able to provide the best possible service to our customers ensuring they leave happy and continue to return
+ Hold a valid and clean driving licence in order to perform the day to day tasks of this position
+ Have proven customer service skills with excellent interpersonal skills
+ Be flexible to meet the demands of our business and industry

Do you speak additional languages? Although this is not essential, it is a huge advantage to interact with our customers and crews, along with building good relationships.
