Regional Controller

We are currently recruiting for a qualified finance professional to join a market leading Bristol based business in the position of Regional Controller. This role requires a qualified accountant who is looking for a step up in responsibility from their current role and who wants an opportunity to make their own mark. This opportunity will report to the directorship team based outside of the UK and will take complete responsibility for finance from both a statutory accounting, audit and tax perspective through to budgeting, reporting and analysis for UK and Non UK entities. The role at this stage, on occasions, will require you to be very hands on with some relatively junior tasks however this role is not to be underestimated due to the growth plans and the seniority of the position. Currently this role has minimal people management responsibilities (2 people) but this will grow in the medium term once you've established skillset gaps. The ideal candidate will have language skills (no necessarily fluent) such as French or German but this is not a prerequisite.
