This entrepreneurial company currently up for several Awards have been renown for the positive, enthusiastic and vibrant working culture they have. A fast growing business which has also recently expanded into London realise that Birmingham now needs a 'Leader' in place whilst the Director focuses on the expansion in the South. It is vital that this candidate understands this is no ordinary recruitment role with a hands-on approach to building teams, encouraging creativity and setting an example to an entrepreneurial young growing team. This 360 Recruitment role will need someone with contacts in the Birmingham area and a great reputation in placing people as this Ethical company seek to challenge the cold industry in a compassionate and caring way. This candidate will need to be energetic, inspiring and really up for a challenge! The creative work space located in the Centre of Birmingham, beanbags, coffee on-tap and frequent team brainstorms is just one of the reasons people love working here - Not to mention a Boss who really VALUES it's employees, treating for breakfasts, lunches and occasional trips away.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement company culture, values and policies to the rest of team - You will be responsible for 2 Direct reports and guiding the other members
  • Source new clients to bring to company, building on our current portfolio
  • Attend networking events where possible to build on our client base
  • Interview prospective candidates - Face to Face / Skype to place in roles
  • Input complete recruitment process into CRM system to track progress
  • Manage and monitor progress of team - New CRM system Bullhorn will allow you to report back to Director
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Invest (Emotionally too) into team members - Encourage & Inspire
  • Company does a lot of charity work - To attend events with team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Recruitment - Preferably 360
  • Strong sales / results in placing candidates in Midlands region - Marketing Recruitment would be a blessing!
  • Experience in managing people
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong leadership qualities

Package:

  • Salary 24-28K depending on experience (will largely depend on the individual)
  • Commission Scheme on-top
  • Pension (will be live as of December)
  • Working hours 09:00-5:00pm Mon - Thurs 08:00-4:00pm Friday
