Are you looking for an HR Business Partner role in Bristol? Are you passionate about the Education sector?
Our client is a large further education college that have many sites across the city. The college has gone through a number of changes over the last couple of years and pride themselves on their employee's commitment and dedication.
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join the HR team on a permanent basis to support the implementation of the HR strategy.
You will be supporting the colleges objectives and vison, coaching and supporting line managers, supporting employee engagement activities, supporting cultural change, advising managers on Employee Relations cases and providing advice and guidance to the HR Administration team.
The successful candidate will also be entitled to 26 days holiday, plus two weeks holiday over Christmas (without using your holiday allowance), 8 Bank Holidays, free parking and a generous pension scheme.
